UNIFORM & EQUIPMENT
All pupils attending the Theatre Arts School course are required to wear school uniform throughout the school day and during academic classes.
Suitable clothing should be worn during vocational classes and pupils are required to wear black clothing which they are able to dance in, as well as having the correct additional uniform for specific classes of study, for example, leotards and tights for Ballet.
Pupils are required to have the appropriate dance shoes for classes, including Ballet shoes, Pointe shoes (girls), Tap shoes, Jazz shoes, Trainers, Characters shoes, Latin Heels (girls), Latin shoes (boys) and Foot Thongs.
All pupils are required to have a pen and notepad and any other appropriate stationary. Pupils may be required to bring additional equiptment to class, depending on subject.
Pupils should be well groomed at all times as discipline is an essential part of training. Hair should be neatly styled and no jewellery should be worn in class. We often have very important people from the industry on site and it is impeccable that all students look presentable!
All personal belongings, including footwear, should be clearly marked with the owner’s name. Any lost items which are unmarked will be placed in the lost property until the end of term, where they will then be dontated to charity.
Italia Conti Theatre Arts School cannot accept responsibility for personal property of any kind belonging to pupils that may be lost on its premises.
All students are required to wear Italia Conti Theatre Arts School uniform. Full details of uniform and equipment will be given upon acceptance to the School, much of which can be obtained from the Italia Conti Shop website (coming soon!)
